Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been installed, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return. Custom-order and commercial equipment are non-returnable unless defective.
3. Process

4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or as store credit, at our discretion.
5. Delivery Charges
Original delivery and installation charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect.
